Say bye to sleepy eyes!!

Happy Sunday Babes!!

This has been one of the most productive weekends I have had in a while. I also feel like it was one of the most balanced weekends I have had in a while, and that I think is the most rewarding of all. Friday night I had some me time, went to the grocery store, then popped over to a friend’s house to catch up. Saturday, I worked with two of my gals, and it was nice to not only get work done but have friends around who you can bounce ideas off of and who you can all give feedback too one another for each individual project each other was working on.

Today I got up early to finish a little more work, and then plan to plant myself on the couch for the Patriots game.

Later in the day I have tickets to see Mary Poppins, and after that, plan to come home and cook dinner. I havent cooked dinner in what feels like months, and Im excited.

I hope you all have a beautiful Sunday and enjoyed your weekend as well!

Now lets get back to Skin Care…

While skin care was fresh in my mind, I wanted to follow up and dedicate an entire blog post to one of my favorite things and one of my favorite parts of my skin care routine… EYE PATCHES.

I don’t know what I would do without eye patches.

I don’t know what I would do without eye patches.

They are the first thing I throw in my bag if I am traveling and the first thing I run to do after I wake up in the morning… (well not every morning haha,) but most mornings they are definitely a priority.

I would say I wear eye patches 3-4 days a week, and that is probably a little excessive, I’ll admit. I don’t think you need to wear them that many times, but they make me feel better, so I do it anyway. Its soo soothing seeing and feeling the puffiness and/or tiredness in my eyes is going down.

Eye patches can be pricey so using them for special occasions is probably the most practical way go as you only get a couple per package somethings.

There are so many brands of eye patches out there, so I thought I would narrow some down and share with you babes the ones I really love and feel have worked for me. I have tested and tried almost every brand out there and chose my Top 5.

*Note that everyone’s preferences are different and people gravitate and like different things. These brands are just what work for me, so do whatever works best for you. I’m very picky when it comes to eye patches as I don’t like ones that are too slimy or slide off my face haha, I need it to stick and works its magic!!

*PRO TIP: I always put my eye patches IN THE FRIDGE so they are nice, cold, and even more soothing for the eye.
