Granola and Yogurt bowl

A nutritious and hearty breakfast bowl that will leave you full and satisfied!

Ingredients

1 1 /2 cup Kite Hill (unsweetened) almond milk yogurt

1/2 cup granola mixture: almonds, walnuts, oats ( I buy the gluten free, sugar free, “Bob’s Red Mill” extra thick rolled oats

1 Tbsp. flaxseed

1 Tbsp. chia seed

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut shavings

handful of berries: blueberries & blackberries

5 drops- vanilla cream stevia *you can add more or less of the drops depending on how sweet you like

Directions

Step 1: In a mini food processor, add your “granola” mixture ! With the lid on, I pulse the mixture together until it is well combined but still in small chunks! I typically do a cup of almonds, a cup of walnuts, and a cup of oats, take 1/2 cup for the bowl I am making and put the remainder in a bag and save it for the rest of the week!

Step 2: Get the yogurt from the fridge, put it in the bowl and add the stevia drops

Step 3: Top your bowl with the remaining ingredients… flaxseed, chia seed, coconut shavings and berries!

Step 4: ENJOY!
