(Franks) Hot Cheesy Buffalo Dip!!
As a big football fan myself when I think of the Super Bowl, I think of FOOD!
More specifically, DIPS!
The Super Bowl is my favorite because I am such an appetizer person and everyone always has different dips and treats to graze on throughout the party it’s just heaven.
The one dip that always seems to WIN the day, is the buffalo dip. I mean can you really go wrong with anything spicy, melty, and all around cheesy? Don’t think so.
I added my touches to my favorite dip and I think its gonna be a hit at your party.
Hot Cheesy Buffalo Dip

1/2 lemon – juiced
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated white cheddar
Top with:
1 bunch scallions (green onions) – chopped
1/2 cup pickled jalepenos
Serve with:
Tortilla Chips
Celery Sticks
Carrot Sticks

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2:
In a cast iron skillet, melt your butter on medium heat for 1 minute then add in your chopped onions.
Step 3:
Sauté your onions for 5 minutes on medium heat then add your grated garlic. Sauté the mixture for 2 more minutes, and then add your chicken, Franks red hot sauce and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
Step 4:
Add your cream cheese and continue to stir everything until the cheese is fully melted and well combined. About 1-2 min.
Step 5:
Turn of the heat and add your sour cream. Stir in the sour cream until smooth and combine.
Step 6:
Top everything with your grated cheese and stick the cast iron in oven to cook for 10-12 minutes. Until the cheese is melted and everything is nice and bubbly.

Let the dish cool for 3 minutes while you chop your green onions for garnish.
Step 8:
Garnish the top with your green onions and dish up!
