Green Chili Chicken Soup!
This Green Chili Chicken Soup recipe is an instant pot favorite and probably a go-to recipe of mine. I love chili, but green chicken chili I could eat every day.
4 boneless skinless chicken breast (pounded)
1 can cannellini beans
1 can pinto beans
1 box chicken stock
2 small onions (diced)
1 small 4 oz can diced jalapenos
2 small 4 oz can diced green chilies
½ jar of salsa verde ( any brand or kind you like)
½ tb sp garlic powder
½ tb sp onion powder
1 tsp so cumin
1/2 tb salt
Step 1: Throw all ingredients and spices into the instant pot.
Step 2: Put the lid on and make sure the spout is sealed. Press the pressure cook button and turn the time to 28 min.
Step 3: Let the instant pot do its thing, and when the timer goes off switch the spout to vent. When all the air stops coming out of the spout you can open the lid and ENJOY.
Step 4: Plating: Top with Cilantro, Scallions (green onions), and sour cream
